Woodstock Homestead is close to everything and far enough away to provide you absolute peace and serenity. Wake up to spectacular sunrises and make friends with resident farm animals in the surrounding paddocks.

Our beautiful Homestead is comfortably equipped with everything you need. Whether you prefer to go out or stay in, each room has been designed to offer every comfort. With 3 beautifully-styled bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, living and dining, 2 bathrooms, and a great second TV room, complete with pull-out queen sofa bed, there’s functional spaces for everyone to enjoy.

Framed by large spectacular windows the lounge offers amazing views all day long, and our internal and external living spaces have been carefully planned with your getaway in mind. Whether it’s fresh coffee in the morning, or wine at sunset, we guarantee you a place to unwind, relax and enjoy your time away. When the days are cold, chill out by the indoor fireplace or toast a marshmallow on the outdoor fire pit. And when summer hits, take a short drive to the beautiful beaches surrounding Milton.

Staying in? Enjoy a BBQ on the deck, a game of cricket or croquet on the beautiful lawns, or a board game. Want some time out? Book a game of golf at Hilltop golf course, an adventure hike at The Castle or Pigeon House mountain, or visit Jervis Bay. Hit the beach, go on a horse ride or explore Shallow Crossing. This gorgeous area has something for everyone.

Easter 2024 5 Stars Beautiful, well designed house with stunning views of rolling hills and paddocks. We felt great the minute we walked in – that feeling that you can take a breath and instantly shut off the outside world. The communal areas – indoors and outdoors – are ones you want to linger in over a nice meal or a glass of wine. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The pool was brand new . Its blessed with a great view and large enough to swim laps. Its a short drive to incredible cafes, restaurants and beaches, but you feel away from it all. Will definitley try to return- we had an incredible time

The property is beautiful, minutes to Milton village, level front yard to play some cricket, spacious house with everything u could need and beautiful country views, great entertainment deck to watch the kids in the pool, private & quiet and best of all our dogs were allowed to come with us. This is a very special place which will be definitely coming back again and again.

Young people loved the pool while slightly older people wondered about retirement. The accommodation was a perfect blend of luxury but also offering a welcoming and family oriented vibe. Pet friendly is not merely synonymous with dogs, we could bring our kitty too. The cottage is beautifully furnished with everything you need. Host is helpful and friendly. We no sooner arrived that we started planning when we could come back : its that sort of place.

Jan 2023 Perfectly situated in an elevated position giving you beautiful views over farmland. Refreshing breezes and a calming atmosphere. The cute cottage facade is delightful. Once you open the door the extension is mesmerising with picture windows framing more beautiful farmland views. Exactly what I needed> Oh and Milk Haus restaurant down the road was gorgeous and delicious.

November 2022: We were lucky to win a weekend escape at the Woodstock Homestead and I have to say it is an amazing piece of paradise! The house is beautiful, clean, quiet and spacious. Not your standard holiday rental, the sheets and towels are luxurious like a hotel and the kitchen is complete with great appliances and all matching crockery (it’s the little things). The kids were entertained with all the space to run around, trampoline and games supplied and the adults got to relax on the deck taking in the beautiful countryside views. Huge bonus being pet friendly as our dog was able to join which took the stress out of finding her care. Fabulous location just a few mins drive to the quaint little town Milton and the beautiful beach Mollymook. Communication with the owner Darren was always easy and he was quick to respond. I would highly recommend Woodstock Homestead for a holiday and we hope to make it back there ourselves one day.

April 2022 We cannot recommend Woodstock Homestead enough; it is with a tinge of sadness that we leave this little gem behind. The location of this accommodation is perfect, the best of many worlds – close to the beach, close to the quaint country town of Milton, close to the Mollymook Golf Course and not to mention all the incredible (and tasty) restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The peace and quite is conducive to complete relaxation and we leave here fully restored. We even had a couple of small four-legged visitors, possibly neighbourhood pets, that shared our time here (one even stayed the night – outside of course!). The facilities here are wonderful, super comfortable bed, luxurious ensuite and walk in wardrobe, ample space to spread out and take in the glorious scenery. We will definitely be back and highly recommend taking the time to experience this fabulous holiday destination. Thanks Darren for allowing us to relax and unwind at your beautiful property.

March 2022 We discovered Woodstock Homestead while reading Northern Beaches lifestyle magazine, Beaches COVERED. Getting away for a few days’ break at Darren & Kylie’s home away from home is spectacular. Only 5 minutes drive from Milton’s town centre, the homestead is located in the quiet rolling hills of Woodstock. From the moment we stepped inside the homestead it screamed style and comfort. With an abundance of space, there was plenty of room for our party of three. But, even at capacity, Woodstock Homestead has so much space for everyone. The living space is huge with all the comforts you need – an open-plan kitchen with a large dining table, wood-fire heater, and cozy lounge area with all the mod-cons of streaming entertainment. The view from the lounge room is especially amazing. One picture-perfect living picture overlooking Milton countryside. Absolutely amazing! The bedrooms are huge and accommodating for the whole family or a group of friends. There’s even space for the fur kids! The entertaining deck with bbq was a special place to sit, relax and enjoy a bottle of wine overlooking the quiet countryside. We can’t wait to get back for some more serenity soon !

Woodstock Homestead in Milton met all our expectations, we had a wonderful & relaxed weekend in luxury.
